Kudzu Paper Projects

USAmap.jpg
This map was made for the Southern Early Childhood Education Association 2004 convention. A print was auctioned and went to a day care facility in Oklahoma.

Make your own colorful pieces of paper using the directions on this site. Use your math skills to figure out how large you want your finished piece to be and where it will be shown. Cut the shape of your state or county out of regular paper. Glue the handmade paper to the cut out design. Research your state or county symbols. Find out where your rivers or bodies of water belong. Draw the shapes on the smooth sides of differently colored sheets, and cut them out. Glue in the right place.
Order a US Map print now in the new online store!
